It takes us 2 to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
Once dispatched, it takes 7 to 10 business days for the order to get delivered.
For delivery address in India, a flat rate is charged to the total price of products below 5000. However free shipping is available over shopping of prepaid 5000/- and on cash on delivery there is no free shipping policy applied. Charges by default added to the order. In prepaid order we will refund the shipping charge with the order. *We are not providing COD due to COVID-19*

All the tax/custom duties are to be paid by the customer. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
We wish to build a brand of trust and a treasured relationship with our customer. We are sure you will place an order because you loved the product. Although we are confident of the quality of the ordered product that we send to you, there could be issues which warrant return/exchange of the product. No problems! Just follow the guidelines.
We will only accept such requests if they are placed to us within 2 days of delivery. And we accept return when there is significant damage or different product sent.
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of return shipment. Kindly make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Once you return the product please intimate us with the tracking number. Please don’t return without prior confirmation with us.
We hope you will understand that washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
Please note that since our products are handwoven, we only have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for return or exchange. Sari blouse pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
Your return/exchange request should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged product along with the return request as per step.
Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 2 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back to Sanskriticuttack at the below mentioned address within 7 days.
The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 days. Items that were damaged, defective or sent in error will be fully refunded. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.
Sanskriticuttack will initiate the process for refund on your original debit or credit card within 5 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities. Mailing address for returns:

The customer will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. Saris that have the blouse detached, tassels made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – cannot be exchanged.

We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of your order confirmation with us. Kindly write to us at email@example.com with your request. If your order is successfully confirmed for cancellation by us, then the amount will be fully refunded. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment selected by customer.
Introducing EMI options and the terms and conditions.
1- EMI Applies on sarees over 10,000. And the term is for max 3 months.
2- You need to make a payment for 50% of the saree price. And rest 50% will be divided in 2 or 3 equal parts. You need to pay by bank transfer or wallet (Gpay or Phonepe) payment.
3- Orders will be delivered post completion of the EMI
4- Selected sarees can not be cancelled or exchanged.
5- Credit card EMI plans available in website. So that can be availed directly in website. Those extra charges decided by the bank so we do not have any control over it.
