At Sanskriti Cuttack, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs shipping, delivery, returns, and related processes.

1. Shipping Information

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once processed, orders are dispatched via reliable courier partners, including Speed Post services.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic orders (India): Typically delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location
  • For international orders, custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through secure payment methods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email/WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment status.

2. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at checkout
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply
  • Acceptance of the package confirms that the product has been received in good condition

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.

Returns Accepted Only in Genuine Cases

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Product received is damaged, OR
  • Product received is incorrect

All other reasons, including personal preference, dislike, or quality perception, are not eligible for return.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To initiate a return:

  • Customer must provide clear photos and unboxing video
  • Proof must clearly show the issue

Requests without valid proof will be rejected.

Return Process

  2. Await confirmation before shipping the product back
  3. Share return tracking details after dispatch

Return requests are reviewed within 2 working days.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

👉 Any used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut fabrics or altered sarees
  • Used, washed, or ironed products
  • Products purchased under special offers (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Product must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit

4. Refund Policy

For approved returns:

  • Refunds may be issued as:
    • Store credit OR
    • Original payment method (at our discretion)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • They accept that dissatisfaction based on personal preference is not a valid reason for return

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors
  • Minor variations in handcrafted products
  • Misuse of products after delivery
