1. No Return / No Refund for Preference-Based Reasons
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
- Dislike of color, fabric, texture, or weaving
- Change of mind after purchase
- Expectation mismatch regarding design, finish, or quality perception
Please note: Product images are taken with care, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen display. These are not considered defects.
2. Handloom & Handmade Disclaimer
All our products are handcrafted and may have minor irregularities in weave, texture, or color. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and not defects.
By purchasing, the customer agrees to accept these variations.
3. Returns Accepted Only in Genuine Cases
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The product received is damaged, OR
- The product received is incorrect
No other reasons will be considered for return or refund.
4. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To request a return:
- Customer must provide a clear unboxing video (from package opening)
- Along with clear photos of the issue
- Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
5. Strict Time Window
- All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will be automatically declined
6. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- Any cut, worn, or altered fabric is strictly non-returnable
7. Resolution Method
For approved cases, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product, OR
- Store credit, OR
- Refund to original payment method
👉 The final resolution method is at the sole discretion of Sanskriti Cuttack.
8. Shipping & Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Payment gateway charges may be deducted in case of refunds
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
9. Refusal of Requests
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Deny requests lacking proper proof
- Refuse abusive, fraudulent, or repeated claims
10. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Customers are required to contact us directly for any issues before raising a chargeback.
Raising a chargeback without prior communication and resolution attempt will be considered a misuse of the payment system.
We reserve the right to present all transaction records, delivery proof, and policy acceptance as evidence in such cases.
11. Customer Agreement
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that:
